Be Present and Do Nothing
In October, we continue the "Be Awesome" challenge.
I love monthly challenges and my goal is to totally switch things up every month so no boredom is involved.
This month I've decided that I need to learn how to slow down..... Things have been so busy the past month and a half that I find it hard to just sit and "be".
The challenge for this month is to just be present. I plan to do this by spending at least 5 minutes a day doing absolutely nothing.
I know this doesn't sound like very much time but I have discovered that I'm always busy.... always working, always reading, always planning, always cooking, always cleaning, always communicating, etc. So, for at lease 5 minutes each day I'm going to just sit and DO NOTHING!
Join me on this challenge and let's see if we can still our hands and minds for just a little time each day.
